Welcome Industry is a leading multinational manufacturing enterprise. As their order volumes scaled, their manual invoicing and legacy desktop software struggled to handle real-time inventory adjustments and shipping dispatches. Insols engineered a native, high-performance desktop portal built specifically for their operators to process orders seamlessly across global fulfillment centers.

The Challenge

The client operated on a legacy desktop system that lacked real-time sync capabilities, causing frequent order status discrepancies. Operator dashboards were cluttered, slowing down fulfillment times. The system lacked native integration with third-party courier services and couldn't process payments or generate shipping labels automatically.

Our Solution

Insols designed and built a native Desktop Order Management System built on Electron and Next.js, featuring real-time data sync with MongoDB, robust JSON Web Token security, and a beautiful custom dashboard layout. We simplified the checkout/dispatch wizard into a single, intuitive multi-step form and automated API connections for automatic label prints.
